Allergy-Free Paleo Cooking Event

Have you met The Allergy Chef? Kathlena herself has over 200 allergies and she is embracing that by sharing her fabulous recipes and cooking expertise by traveling all across the United States. When I found out about her Food Allergy Awareness Expedition, I knew we had to have her visit us locally.  We have teamed up with Dr. Adam Williams of Optimal Health Chiropractic to have a free event that is open to public- all that is required for you to attend is a school supply donation for Bright Beginnings and local schools in the area. Bring your family, bring a friend or visit us by yourself (more samples for you!)

*School supply donations are required for event & raffle entry.  Supplies requested include: Pens, Highlighters, #2 Pencils, Glue Sticks, Reams of Paper and cash donations. Cash donations will enable Bright Beginnings to purchase everyday items for those in need to begin the school year.
