Seed & Fruit Granola

3 Cups Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Oats
1/4 Cup juice of your choice
2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp oil
1 Teas Vanilla
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1/4 Teas Salt
1/2 Teas Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Enjoy Life No Nuts Seed & Fruit Mix

Heat the oven to 325. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the gluten free oats on the paper-lined sheet and cook for 20 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix the remaining ingredients EXCEPT for the Seed & Fruit mix.

When the oats are done, pour the mixture over them and add the Seed & Fruit mix. Combine very well, making sure the oats are evenly coated. Cook for another 20 minutes or until slightly browned but do not burn.

Keep in a sealed container for freshness.
