You CAN Break the Rules with Allergies

We seldom take risks when we have food allergies. The thought of being dangerous makes the hair on the back of our neck stand straight up. Thinking about wanting to break the rules, living dangerously on the edge- these are just things that are not possible with food allergies, right? OR, is it? .... I have a secret- we CAN break the rules. We CAN live on the edge. We CAN allow ourselves to feel like our lives and food (and even our budget) are just like any other person's, even if it's just for small intervals. It's all in the perception of things. It's like the Mastercard commercial:
