 In addition to being the Food Safety Manager& Assistant Executive Chef at South Point Hotel & Casino, he has worked with wonderful organizations such as FAACT (Food Allergy & Anaphylaxis Team) and The Food Allergy Bloggers Conference and is sought after for his multiple strengths in food allergy awareness. He cooks, he speaks, he "chefs" and he helps to keep us all safe. This is one person that I would trust to cook for my son with multiple food allergies and that's saying a lot.  Why am I so excited for him? Chef Keith is THE go-to allergy aware chef within the food allergy community. He lives and breathes food allergy safety and THIS Friday May 20th Chef Keith Norman will be on Fox5 Las Vegas (KVVU- TV) where he will discuss Food Allergy Awareness Month. In this segment, he will showcase some of the products that are available to those who have food allergy needs. Tune in and watch closely because Chef Keith will be using Winona Pure Oil during his segments (a little birdie told me you may even see it in action!). Winona Pure Oil is a product that I found myself a few years ago. While reaching for a can of spray oil, I was angry that so many brands marketed themselves as healthy and pure but most of them contain ingredients that can be very harmful such as soy, additives and propellants. Winona Pure Oil is just oil- nothing else so when you use it, you are truly cooking healthier and safer. As a mom, I love the multiple products that they offer so that my family's meals can get the full benefit of using several different oils for our dietary needs.
