Welcome May!
Most of you know that May is the official month of food allergy awareness and even though most of us probably feel pretty secure and (feel) that we have a bunch of allergy knowledge, I wanted to share some trusted resources to make sure you that you KNOW you are filled to the brim with more of that knowledge. In fact, you might have short-term A.A.O. (allergy awareness overload). As I always say, it's better to have too much information than not enough. Here is just a tiny fraction of some of the wonderful ways to enjoy May, get your information geek on, support, shop and even win great goodies.

DeleteWent here for a great all-you-can-eat buffet and they held nothing back. Their food, service and mostly the staff were truly amazing. I was starving and am one of those voracious "sampling" type eaters who has to try everything in a buffet, and at venue New York I couldn't make it!
